Welcome!

We are an active, welcoming chess club in Edinburgh.

We are located at Slateford Bowling club, where we have access to a spacious playing hall.

As well as playing in the Edinburgh League, we are actively running club nights with club championship, lightning and social chess games available.

The second team finally get their season started with a 4-2 victory over Edinburgh West Juniors!

Our first foray back in the Premier Division was against the champions from two seasons ago so it was always going to be a tough start.

The 1st round of the Allegro League took place on Thursday 9th October, with both teams playing against each other in the first match.
